At LB VIBES (Catch The Glow), every product is carefully checked and securely packed before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

Please note that we do not offer returns on any of our products. However, exchange is allowed only in the case of manufacturing damage or transit damage, and strictly under the conditions mentioned below.

To be eligible for an exchange:

• The issue must be clearly visible before opening the parcel
• A 360-degree uncut video of the parcel must be recorded from all sides, starting before opening the package
• The video should clearly show the sealed parcel, opening process, and the damaged product

Requests without a proper 360-degree parcel opening video will not be accepted.

Once the exchange request is approved, the replacement process will take 7 to 10 working days from the date of confirmation.
Products that are used, altered, or damaged after opening the parcel are not eligible for exchange.
